Multiple events were jointly organized by National Cancer Control Programme and Centre for Research in Oral Cancer. The events started with a conference on smokeless tobacco, arecanut and oral cancer followed by a Press conference, cancer awareness walk, Island wide school poster competition on Head and Neck cancer and the final award ceremony with the participation of Minister of Health.
